My design objectives are to offer an Interior and Architectural design service catering especially for the renovation and refurbishment of Terrace houses and Older houses with character that needs to be retained, in some cases restored and yet be modernised with functional kitchens that really work and bathrooms that are genuinely pleasant to use.
We can produce standard Heritage Conservation Reports which are an accurate (depending on old records etc) and detailed history of a house and where it fits into the scheme of heritage importance in its context - street, suburb setting etc. For more detailed or sophisticated appraisals for Court challenges etc., we can arrange specialist professional consultants to work on our projects.
Council approvals
My team can undertake a site analysis which includes a feasibility study along and a costing for your project.We prepare all the relevant documentation including Architectural drawings, Specifications, Statement of Environmental Effects, Heritage Impact Statements etc. required for the application process.

Town planning advice
Our Town planners assist us in preparing development applications that may involve modifications and additions and alterations, changes of use, subdivisions, etc.We work with several eminently qualified Consultant Town Planners or Planning Lawyers who interpret relevant legislation such as the EP&A Act, Local Government Act, relevant State Legislation. We provide mediation services which may result in litigation.
