Frank Lloyd Wright always oriented his houses around the hearth and I feel that the centre of the house is the living and eating area so it was with the fireside and hearth for our ancestors. Every house is different and each clients requirements are individual. We like to work with clients on a sequential basis to create something special for them using our skills at interpreting what is possible for the house and also the clients needs. We have restored and rebuilt houses that are 40 years old and houses that are 140 years old.We have designed and built new houses from scratch and enjoy making a design that suits its landscape and environment. We aim to make houses comfortable and sustainable adding solar and passive thermal controls where possible to make them comfortable. We have various teams of builders who have worked on all of these projects and who are expert in this type of work. We recommend them on to our clients to run the project and create a beautiful built environment. They are builders who are sensitive to the design and heritage process and are creative in their thinking and provide wonderful trades people and suppliers who create a completed, finished product to code and specification to a sensible budget.
